Murrays Run Rd is a short, well-maintained dirt road running alongside Wollombi Brook. With little patches of sealed road, it's an easy run for riders new to the dirt and a more exciting path to Wollombi than following The Great Northern Road through Bucketty. 

At the southern end, you could follow Bush Creek Road to Yarramalong or head east into the Watagans.
