Snow Bunny Café in Bredbo is one of those small-town gems riders love stumbling across. Sitting right on the Monaro Highway, it’s a perfect warm-up or warm-down stop for anyone riding between Canberra, Cooma, and the Snowy Mountains. The pies and pastries punch well above their weight, the coffee’s reliable, and the staff are the kind of friendly that makes you feel like a local even if you’ve only been there five minutes.
It’s an easy pull-in with plenty of space to park the bike, and a great spot to regroup before heading deeper into Snowy country or looping the high plains.
