The summit of Mount Panorama isn’t just a viewpoint — it’s the high point of Australia’s most legendary motorsport circuit. Riding up here gives you a whole new perspective on the track: the steep gradients, the drop-offs, the flow of the corners, and the sweeping views over Bathurst and the Macquarie Valley.
It’s an easy, rewarding stop for riders doing a lap of the circuit (at the posted speed limit) or passing through the Central West. From the summit park area, you get great visibility across the surrounding ranges and a proper appreciation for how wild this mountain really is when cars are doing 300 km/h on it.
