Experience the NSW South Coast Like Never Before

This ride showcases the diverse and challenging terrain of the NSW South Coast, where the coastline meets the mountains. Starting and finishing in Moruya, you’ll experience everything from the coastal beauty to the rugged, forested hills inland, taking in stunning landscapes and iconic trails.

The route includes some of the region’s best-known tracks, with incredible scenery ranging from open plains and dense forests to winding mountain paths. With the Great Dividing Range running nearby, you’ll ride through rolling hills, eucalyptus forests, and along remote fire trails that twist and turn through the wilderness. Tracks that offer riders thrilling trails lined with ancient rainforests, add a mix of tight, technical tracks, scenic fire trails and you are riding in ADV heaven.

Terrain Overview:

• Moruya: The adventure begins in this charming coastal town, but quickly ventures into dense forests and steep ridges, combining fast-flowing trails with tighter, more technical sections.
• Braidwood: Known for its rich history, this region offers diverse terrain with a mixture of open twin tracks, deep river crossings, and rocky climbs.
• South Coast Ranges: Expect thrilling elevation changes as you weave through valleys and along ridgelines with breathtaking vistas of both the coast and mountains. Riders will encounter long forest trails, sweeping descents, and technical climbs that will test your skills.

Routes for Every Rider:

• Standard Route: Designed for larger bikes or riders seeking a more relaxed, scenic ride with less technical challenges, but still packed with incredible views and exciting trails.
• Breakouts: For those craving more adrenaline, this route is ideal for smaller bore bikes or advanced riders on larger machines who want to tackle more technical and challenging terrain. Switch between routes each day for a varied adventure.

Both routes are fully supported with medically trained and mechanically qualified sweep riders to ensure your safety. Our team ensures you can focus on enjoying the ride, while we handle the logistics and support.

What’s Included?

• GPS Navigation: Tracks and routes are uploaded each day directly to your device, ensuring you’re always on the right path.

• Location: Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel
• Time: 3 PM to 7:30 PM
• Rider Briefing: Followed by dinner at the hotel.

All riders must attend the rider briefing, whether you’re using your own GPS or following a mate’s tracks. Be sure to let Crash know if you’re arriving late (0417 291 424).

Day 1 – Saturday, Aug 9th, 2025

• Route: Moruya to Moruya – 328 km
• Sign Out: 7:30 AM to 7:45 AM, Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel Carpark.

Day 1 offers a mix of coastal and inland tracks, taking in the best the South Coast has to offer. Ride through lush forests, challenging fire trails, and remote, scenic routes that will test your skills while offering spectacular vistas at every turn. You’ll be treated to iconic twin trails, winding climbs, and breathtaking views.

Day 2 – Sunday, Aug 10th, 2025

• Route: Moruya to Moruya – 262 km
• Sign Out: 7:30 AM, Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel Carpark.

On Day 2, explore even more hidden gems south of Moruya. The route will introduce you to seldom-used twin trails, cheeky climbs, and challenging descents that push your riding to the next level. Expect more technical sections, scenic fire trails, and rugged forest tracks that will leave you craving more adventure.

Sign In for Both Days: After each day’s ride, remember to sign in at the Moruya Waterfront Hotel Motel Carpark.

Important Information for Riders

• Fuel Range: You will need enough fuel to cover 250 km off-road. That is a requirement, speak with TB if you have any questions.
• Mandatory Footwear: All participants must wear off-road motorcycle boots (MX or Enduro-style). Soft adventure boots designed for walking are not allowed. This has been a requirement of ours for 18months now. Contact TB at 0499 089 715 with questions.
• Ambulance Cover: Strongly recommended. Please disclose any medical conditions on your entry form so our crew can assist if necessary.
• Clean GPS: Please ensure your GPS is clear of other routes and tracks before the event, as RideADV will upload the daily ride routes directly onto your device.
