We’ll sign out from Cameron’s Corner around 8 AM, heading straight into the heart of the outback. As you blaze down this legendary route, the Gammon Ranges will start to rise on the horizon, guiding you towards your next challenge. A sharp left onto the Mount Horrible Track takes you skirting across the front of the Gammon Ranges, with breathtaking views all the way. Finally, we’ll veer right, charging up past the whimsically named Arkaroola International Airport, and into Arkaroola. Day 3 Loop Ride Run Sheet: Get ready for one of the most legendary rides you’ll ever tackle. Today’s loop includes a thrilling 90km-plus stretch that’s the closest you’ll come to an Australian safari stage. The last time we rode here, our customers couldn’t stop raving—it felt like a mini Dakar. That night’s bench racing session was filled with laughter and stories about navigating creek beds, hunting for elusive track exits, and missing track markers. The excitement was so intense, the stories flowed all night long. This loop has no fuel stops, no lunch breaks—it’s just you, your bike, and the wild terrain. The ride should take around 5 hours, so plan ahead. Arkaroola offers packed lunches, and you’ll fuel up before and after the loop. As you ride, soak in the breathtaking mountain ranges—TB swears they remind him of Montana. This is a ride you’ll be talking about for years to come.

Packed Lunch: Available from Arkaroola (although its only a 5 hour loop), fuel up before and after the loop.

Group Dinner: Arkaroola Resort Restaurant.

Thursday 17th – Day 4: Arkaroola to Wilpena Pound (Approx. 350 km)

Day 4 Run Sheet: This will be a day packed with scenic wonders and a thrilling ride. We’ll roll out of Arkaroola, breezing past the quirky Arkaroola International Airport before diving into a long, sweeping loop that leads us to Blinman. This outback town is perfect for an early lunch—whether it’s at a café, the pub, or maybe even enjoying a sneaky cold frosty drink. From Blinman, we’ll hit the classic Glass Gorge Road, winding through the stunning Glass Gorge. The route takes us past Oratunga Station, through Third Water Camp and Boundary Camp, before we merge onto Parachilna Gorge Road. Here’s where the adventure ramps up: you’ll turn left into the iconic Parachilna Gorge, riding through breathtaking landscapes until we reach the Angorichina Tourist Village. After a quick stop, we’ll loop back through the gorge, passing the historic Parachilna Creek and Brachina Creek Rail Bridges. As the day unfolds, we’ll navigate through the rugged beauty of Brachina Gorge, ride past Teamsters Campground, and ascend to the stunning Razorback and Bunyeroo Lookouts. Finally, we’ll roll into Wilpena Pound, wrapping up what might just be one of the best days you’ve ever had on a motorbike.

Friday 18th – Day 5: SkyTrek Adventure or Relax

SkyTrek Adventure: You now have the chance to ride SKYTREK, included in your entry. This is one of the Flinders Ranges’ most popular and diverse 4WD journeys. Designed for Low Range 4WD vehicles and experienced drivers, it’s a little spicier than what we’ve tackled over the past four days. Yes, it’s tougher, but with support from our special route staff in key places, it’s definitely doable! That means you’ll want to leave your luggage behind and team up with a buddy to ride. As always, our crew will be sweeping the loop to ensure everything runs smoothly. The journey typically takes 6-7 hours in a 4WD, with the track clearly marked by 50 markers to guide you through the breathtaking landscapes.

Alternative: Take the day off to explore with a bushwalk, visit lookouts, check out the wildlife, or simply relax.

Sign-In: Wilpena Pound Resort Carpark.

Group Dinner: Wilpena Pound Resort.

Saturday 19th – Day 6: Wilpena Pound to Broken Hill (Approx. 470 km)

Highlights: The final leg of our adventure is here, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. We’ll sign out of Wilpena Pound and head straight into some of the prettiest outback country you’ll ever see. After passing through Hawker, there’s a sneaky little lookout you might want to challenge yourself to ride or walk up—it’s well worth the effort. While in Hawker, don’t miss out on a visit to the incredible Hawker bakery, a local gem. Fuel up, then gear up for a thrilling ride through epic outback roads, winding your way down past the historic Waukaringa Goldfield ruins before reaching Yunta. Oh yeah watch out for TB’s sneaky little lookout, watch your GPS closely! After a quick refuel in Yunta, the ride shifts gears as you enjoy a leisurely cruise up the highway, leading you back into Broken Hill. This is a great chance to reflect on your journey and prepare for the bench racing session at the resort when we get back.

End Location: Silverton Pub.
