What started as a weekend away turned into an 11 day journey to Cameron Corner. Sometimes you just have to keep going. Headed up to the Tilpa pub from Maryborough then kept going on Station roads to Goodooga Hot springs. Headed directly west to Cameron Corner. I didn't want to go back to Tibbooburra so headed south through more station tracks. This was my favourite part of the trip as it was actual adventure where I had to watch my fuel and make sure I could get back to Tibbooburra if I didn't make it through to PackSaddle. Lost the track a heap of times due to recent flooding. There was water (small lakes) over the road in many places but I got around. A climb to Sturt's Cairn was a highlight. The back road from Packsaddle to White Cliffs was the bes road I've ridden. Easy but fun. I would do this ride again in a blink. The only crap campsite was outside of Whitecliffs.
