Who’s it for?
This ride is suitable for all brands and models of adventure bikes, designed for riders who are newer to adventure riding or looking to refresh their skills. It’s also perfect for those wanting to brush up on essential techniques.
Meet Your Instructors
The event will feature Greg “TB” Yager, Mick “Strongy” Strong, and John “JohnBoy” Harrison, who together have over 150 years of off-road riding experience. They will provide bike setup advice, practical riding tips, and safety guidance from their extensive riding careers. There will also be other crew members on route to assist you with anything you need.

RideADV Sweep Crew and Support
As with all our events, our Sweep Crew and Support Vehicles will be on hand to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
Accommodation Options:
Camp, motel, or pub – it’s your choice! A support vehicle will transport your luggage so you can focus on the ride.

Location: Country Motor Inn, Singleton
Sign-in begins at 4 PM in the carpark and continues during dinner. The riders’ briefing will follow dinner at 6 PM, with talks from industry experts. Attendance at the briefing is mandatory.

Day 1: Saturday, 21st June 2025 – Singleton to Tamworth
Total Distance: Approximately 300 km
Maximum Fuel Distance: 150 km
Sign out and ride away at 8 AM sharp from the Country Motor Inn carpark. The route will include the famous Barry Station and the 22 creek crossings, weather pending.
Note: Riders must sign out in the morning and back in after each day’s ride.

Day 2: Sunday, 22nd June 2025 – Tamworth to Singleton
Total Distance: Approximately 280 km (to be confirmed after the final pre-run)
Maximum Fuel Distance: 150 km
Sign out and ride away at 8 AM sharp.
The return journey will take us over the iconic Crawney Pass, a stunning and rugged route that offers breathtaking views of the Liverpool Range. Crawney Pass is renowned for its scenic beauty, winding trails, and the sense of remoteness it provides as you traverse through the hills.
The trail will vary between gravel and dirt, with plenty of twists and turns to challenge your riding skills, all while being surrounded by classic Australian countryside. This section of the ride provides an exhilarating mix of elevation changes and tight corners, offering both a technical and scenic experience. Keep an eye out for local wildlife and the famous hanging rocks near Nundle, adding to the adventure.
This will be a Cornerman-style ride, ensuring everyone stays on course while enjoying the best of what the region has to offer.
