Lane Cove to Wisemans Ferry loop

This is a fun ride through some good roads for learning on a new bike (which I was). The Yanko Road and Kissing Point Road offer some easy bends, ramping up the difficulty as you descend and rise out of Galston Gorge. The Old Northern Road is a straightforward ride, with a steep descent to Wisemans Ferry. Optional stop at the hotel here, otherwise on to the ferry and over to the Bicentenary Trail, which offers a 'first taste' of hard packed, relatively easy gravel roads. Rejoin the tarmac onto West Portland Road, Sackville Road and return to Sydney via Windsor.
