Following the incredible success of previous years, RideADV and Yamaha Australia are proud to announce the 9th Annual ADV Ride to the Police Remembrance Wall in Canberra. This year promises to be even bigger and better, featuring new tracks and overnight stops through the breathtaking NSW Central West.
This ride is a tribute to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our community. Whether you’re a serving or retired police member, a family member, or a supporter, this event is open to all. It’s also a brilliant social event for adventure motorcyclists across Australia, offering five days of unforgettable riding through stunning landscapes.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Wednesday, September 10th, 2025
Sydney CBD to Gulgong, NSW
Our journey begins from the Police Remembrance Wall in Sydney, where a Police Escort will guide us out of the city. After a moving commemoration speech, we will set off into the NSW countryside.
Between Lithgow and Gulgong, riders will experience some fantastic off-road tracks through the Blue Mountains and Great Dividing Range, offering spectacular views of rugged terrain, rocky escarpments, and winding forest trails. The tracks will take us through native bushland, crossing creeks and passing through private farm access roads with rolling hills as a backdrop.
We’ll also pass abandoned stations, and catch glimpses of the rich agricultural landscapes that define this region. The off-road sections will offer challenges ranging from hard-packed dirt roads to mildly technical tracks, providing something for every rider.

Gulgong to Condobolin, NSW
Today’s ride takes you through the rolling farmland of NSW, showcasing vibrant canola fields in full bloom, which bathe the landscape in beautiful hues of yellow. The ride through scenic farming country offers a captivating mix of rustic charm and wide-open spaces, with plenty of photographic opportunities.
- Highlights: We’ll stop for morning tea, lunch, and fuel, including a visit to the iconic Rabbit Trap Hotel. The day will challenge your navigation skills with a range of tracks specially curated to highlight the rural beauty of NSW.

Condobolin to Yass, NSW
Ride through the heart of NSW’s farming plains, with golden canola crops lining the route, offering panoramic views of the countryside. Today’s journey combines fast farm roads with more technical tracks, providing a balance of scenic beauty and riding challenges.
Highlights: Enjoy the beauty of NSW’s farming landscapes, with opportunities for stops in quaint farming towns along the way. A blend of open country roads and navigational challenges will make for an exciting day.

Ride through the scenic Brindabella Ranges, with both Standard and Special Route options available, allowing riders to choose their level of adventure. For those registered for the Police Remembrance Wall Ceremony, we will ride together to pay our respects in Canberra.

Day 5: Sunday, September 14th, 2025
Yass to Lithgow, NSW
The final day of riding offers all-new finishing routes, weaving through the beautiful Great Dividing Range and into Lithgow. After five days of epic adventure riding, we’ll come together for a final sign-out and farewell.
- Sign Out and Farewell: Lithgow
Important Details:
- Cost: $111 per person per day for five days of top-tier adventure riding.
- Fuel Range: Minimum of 250 km required.
- GPS Navigation: Routes and tracks will be pre-loaded onto each rider’s GPS device at the start of each day.
- Support: A full crew of medically trained and mechanically skilled sweep riders, plus support vehicles to carry luggage and provide backup.
